GoatScaping
What is goatscaping? It's a fun and natural organic alternative to traditional landscaping methods. With droughts levels at an all time high and fire danger too, goats provide a natural and safe way to control vegetation. By clearing the undergrowth with goat power it becomes much safer to cut trees and mow etc. by removing most anything that could catch fire by machinery sparking. Goats can get to places that are hard to get to such as roadsides, and drainage ditches while cutting down on difficult man power. This also helps cut down on unwanted guests like rodents and snakes.
How do we accomplish this? We take portable fencing to directly target the goats to graze where we want them to go while keeping them safe.
How many goats will you bring? Right now we only have small working herd but we're growing quickly but you'll likely see about 8-10 goats on most jobs currently.
Why would I want to hire your goats? Well Duh! Goats are cute! But seriously, vegetation control and fire mitigation are extremely important now more than ever. They will cut your work load, help regenerate your soil and are eco friendly.
How much do you charge? That's a great question but not an easy answer. We bid each job independently instead of a flat rate because each job is different depending on your needs, the size of the job, how much vegetation there is to clean up, the time it will take for the crew to work, the man power we put in hauling, setting up and packing up, plus distance to the job. There are also other factors that can arise that may add to the cost.
